Dublin’s Culture Connects: Fundraising Fellowship

Investment in Building Capacity in Dublin’s Organisations

Alongside The National Neighbourhood, Dublin City Council’s Dublin’s Culture Connects programme comprises a series of projects that are creating cultural partnerships across the city for long-term impact.

That change includes working with partners to build capacity in Dublin organisations. We’re delighted to partner with Business to Arts to create a Fundraising Fellowship. Four organisations will be supported through part-funding of an additional team-member in fundraising and marketing.

These new Fundraisers for Dublin will be supported through training and international mentorship programmes, and will be partnered with smaller organisations to share that learning and encourage the building of fundraising capacity and sustainable organisations throughout the city.
The 24-month Arts Fellowship Programme is open to Dublin-based arts, cultural and community organisations, who will be granted match-funding up to a maximum of €15,000 for each of the 2 years of the programme towards a Fundraising or Marketing & Fundraising Executive.

The application process is open to non-profit organisations that have an existing CHY number, based in the Dublin City Council local area. Preference will be given to organisations that have written a strategic or business plan or have previously completed capacity building programmes such as Business to Arts’ New Stream Programme or The Arts Council RAISE Initiative.

The closing date is Friday 21 October 2016. For further information on the Application Criteria and how to apply, click here.
